Masha'Allah, I used it for a month, not daily, but I benefited a lot. I take two spoons before bed. I noticed that when I take it in the morning it increases my appetite, but before bed I don't feel that. The smell and taste are similar to oranges. If you remember the appetite-stimulating drink, the triangular container we used to take when we were children, it's exactly it. (After using it for a month, Masha'Allah, the results are wonderful, and this is the second container I've taken.)
